1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the website operator (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) when providing services in the field of game modifications and fulfilling services in the game World of Tanks. 1.2. By using the services of the Provider, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Provided Services

2.1. The Provider offers gaming services, which include:
  • Completion of missions and any tasks or challenges in the game World of Tanks.
  • Gaming assistance for performance improvement.
2.2. Services are provided based on the Customer’s order via the Provider’s website.

3. Order and Payment

3.1. An order can be placed through the order form on the website. 3.2. The prices for individual services are listed on the website and are final. 3.3. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or another available payment method listed on the website.

4. Service Execution

4.1. After receiving the order and payment, the Provider will contact the Customer to arrange the details of the service execution. 4.2. The Customer is obliged to provide the necessary data for service execution (e.g., login details for their game account). 4.3. The Provider commits to protecting the Customer’s data and using it solely for the execution of the ordered service.

5. Responsibility and Risks

5.1. The Customer acknowledges that using these services may be in violation of the rules of the game World of Tanks and may lead to limitations or blocking of their game account. 5.2. The Provider is not responsible for any penalties imposed by the game operator.

6. Complaints and Refunds

6.1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the service was not provided in the agreed quality or scope. 6.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the completion of the service. 6.3. A refund is possible only if the Provider has failed to meet the agreed conditions.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These terms and conditions are effective as of [March 1, 2020]. 7.2. The Provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and will publish the new terms on its website.
